"Went in there and ordered during the happy hour that they advertised and when i got the bill it was the normal price. Later when i realised, they didnt give the correct amount back nor the receipt back. For 2 pizza,2 cocktail and 5 percent surcharge(weekday) it shouldve been 50.40$ but they charged us $96.10 and got back just $15 when it shouldve been $45.70 return. Truly disappointed."
"Probably one of the most reasonable happy hour menus in Sydney CBD with options of both food and drink - you’re bound to find something to please everyone! The flavours won’t blow your socks off but it’s the type of place you go to after a day in the office to have some drinks with colleagues. The service isn’t the best during happy hour as the rush is on to get your order in before happy hour ends, so it gets quite difficult to get one of the server’s attention as they’re usually running around but they’re always polite and they can usually seat you as a walk-in, which is nice!"
"There was a time (maybe pre-covid) when Fratelli was known for delicious, fresh and delicious food. Unfortunately, it seems that time has passed us. Our meal wasn't good, the risotto was too watery, the pasta too oily. Perhaps because the kitchen was staffed by under 25s, they are yet to develop the skills and passion needed to deliver great food. Maybe I'll wait another 5 years before trying again."
"Me and my husband came here for a lunch date. The service was very poor. There was no one at the entrance. We waited for nearly 15 minutes to be seated. Food is average. We ordered Patate pizza and it had only 9 small chunks of pork and fennel sausage. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you want to eat a pizza, dominoes is heaps better than this."
"Excellent job and friendly staff. Fully recommended and also kids eat free on Sunday. We ordered the ragu pasta and then tiramisu and latte"
