"Lovely staff and great service. The food was delicious. Although located in a food court, it doesn't feel like it is."
"The pricing here is misleading and they are not forthcoming about the extra $5 to dine in. I ordered from the counter up front (which does not show any indication of a dine-in surcharge) and the waiter asked if I wanted to take away or dine in (they did not notify me of any extra cost or show me any other menu). I chose to dine in. After the meal, they charged me $24 instead of $19 shown on the menu I saw at the counter. When bringing this up to the manager she advised that dining-in costs extra (the only time I was made aware of this). She then said this is shown on a different menu on the stand at the entry to the dine-in area. Why would anyone look at the menu again after having already ordered from the front counter? This is a dishonest business practice and I hope the business learns from this and becomes more open about their pricing. The pasta was good."
"Lovely food. Price is high but food was tasty so definitely worth the price!"
"A LITTLE PIECE OF ITALY INSIDE WESTFIELD They cook to order, and I was happy with my Boscaiola, albeit it was a little smaller than expected. It comes in a compostable bowl with wooden utensils."
"Have a quick lunch alone here. Not a bad place for lunch alone. Pasta here is nice and the portion is enough for almost 2 girls. But they also provide take away pasta. Seems we can design our pasta by ourselves. Choose different ingredients. The coffee tastes good but looks boring. I don’t drink wine or beer but I can see they have lots of choices for alcoholic drinks. Dining environment is good especially in the food court of Westfield. Probably would love come back again."
