"One of the most expensive and overrated places I’ve gotten food from. The price is ridiculous, paying $24 for one small butter chicken. The garlic naan bread has something other than garlic sprinkled on, as the flavour isn’t there. I came in to order and was told 10-15minutes. 35 minutes later I finally got my food only to do the 2 minute drive home and eat straight away, to find the food was cold! And the service! They were yelling at each other. When I asked the lady if that was seriously all the butter chicken you get for $24 she huffed and puffed, went out the back and a few minutes later returned with the exact same food. Do not recommend!"

"MISLEADING MENU & THE MANAGER/OWNER NEEDS A LESSON IN CUSTOMER SERVICE We’ve ordered takeaway from this restaurant in the past, but over the phone using a printed menu. Tonight, I ordered online. I scrolled to the “chicken” section to order Butter Chicken for my husband. Never in all the decades of ordering Indian have I seen someone call the “Butter Sauce,” “Butter Chicken (sauce only).” I admit, I didn’t read the heading properly, but then, why would anyone list just the sauce under the chicken section when there is no chicken(?) Misleading advertising to say the least. Also, their “cucumber yoghurt” is made with carrots, not cucumber, as per the menu. And it is so sweet it should be listed under deserts. We always order cheese & garlic naan. In the past, those ingredients were kneaded into the dough. This time, garlic was sprinkled on top and there was no cheese to be found which made the bread atypically dry. A discount would have made sense on the reordered Butter Chicken since the issue was not just mine. Of course, we were asked to pay full price for the meal. Needless to say, we will never again order from this restaurant. After all, there is a much better-priced Indian restaurant five doors down."

"This is my go-to Indian restaurant in the inner west! Plenty of authentic and tasty dishes. Servings are generous and the smiling staff are happy to package up and send you home with leftovers! Naan is yum. Very reasonably priced. Grog shop across the road handy."

"Small eatery at the corner of Gears Avenue and Lyons Road, has two facades facing the outside. The friendly staffs are young and attentive. The dishes are fairly priced and tasty. My friend and I had 1 serving of the veg samosa (2 pieces), the chicken tandoori, the prawn Malabar with okra, the goat curry, with sides of basmati rice, Kashmiri Pulao, 2 servings of raisin and cinnamon naan. Needless to say we didn't finish it all, despite the food being delicious. The dinning atmosphere is a relaxed one. On the Saturday evening that we were there, we saw young couples; old regular couples; and one family with their toddlers dinning out. And of course there were the usual takeaway customers throughout. Would be back here for takeaways next time."
