Sushi making is considered an art form, and the Japanese chefs at Yume Sushi put a lot of time, training, and effort into their creations. From the Spider Roll, which resembles a spider with its multiple legs, to the Dynamite Roll, a western twist on sushi, Yume offers a variety of sushi rolls to please every palate.
But Yume Sushi is more than just a sushi catering service. They also offer a wide range of Asian noodles, which are often overlooked in favor of instant varieties. With Yume, you can experience the authentic flavors and varieties of Asian noodles, which are considered a healthier alternative to fast food.

When dining at Yume Sushi, it's important to observe some polite habits. The Japanese chefs take great care in preparing their food, and they expect diners to show the same level of respect. Drowning sushi in soy sauce is not considered proper etiquette, as the soy sauce is meant to enhance the flavors, not overpower them.
While sushi has gained popularity in Australia in recent decades, its history dates back centuries to China. The precursor to sushi developed in China around the second century AD, where fish was fermented in rice. Yume Sushi takes pride in honoring this rich history and tradition by serving authentic and delicious sushi.
Yume Sushi recently had the pleasure of catering for an event at ACU, where they provided a selection of fresh sushi rolls, salmon sushi, and even hosted a class on "How to make sushi" with one of their top chefs. This is just one example of the exceptional service and attention to detail that Yume Sushi provides to its customers.

"Absolutely loved this place! Super generous portion for a lunch time special chirashi bowl and chicken bowl."
"Best Benton box I've ever had. We will be back. The silken tofu was so soft and melt in your mouth. The salmon was delicious. Everything was fresh and delicious and the owner gives the best service. All round great experience."
"Yume use to be a restaurant my family & I went to often years ago when the previous owner ran the place, the gyoza's use to be beautifully deep fried so they were extremely crispy without being oily but now taste like they came frozen from a packet. The sashimi & sushi itself is still a really good quality however Yume is expensive considering similar restaurants. The Wagyu Beef Skewers are also still quite nice."
"Been here since it's opening over 11 years ago. Their use of brown rice leaves a long lasting taste. I love their wide range of entrees and try a new one each time. Fish is most always fresh."
"Delicious food and amazing service! The people here are so nice and polite. We had a great dinner experience. We had an early dinner for two on a weeknight and ordered the Special Bento Box between two people. It was plenty of food. We had the vegetarian gyoza on the side, which was so beautifully prepared and presented. The filling was so tasty and the skin was perfectly crisp. We had cold sake too. It's excellent that they allow you to choose your own cup from the series that they have available. It's a fun touch. We had a bottle between two and that was enough for about three little cups each. It was about $60 for the two of us and we left satisfied."
