"Incredibly rude service. Firstly I purchased an item (right in front of the security person) who then insisted on seeing the receipt and going through my bag. Then I wanted to exchange vitamins for a higher dosage two days after I purchased them. They told me I couldn't because they didn't know what temperature I kept them under. Then told me I should go online to look at their return policy before coming in the shop. I said maybe they should have a sign explaining this when you purchase vitamins you can’t because I said I wouldn't have assumed you couldn't exchange them. Particularly as the seal was cleanly in tact. The guy (assumed he was the manager) refused to discuss it and told me to go to their website, several times as he walked away. He then said it's a change of mind so they don't accept that there. Do not go in there. Disgusting service.i will ring the ACCC."

"1 star because of EVERYTHING. No testers, and when my friend picked up a product and opened it to smell it, NOT TO TOUCH IT, she was forced by the rude security woman to purchase it, when she didn’t wish to. The security woman, on shift around 10 30 ish was Sunday was RUDE and accused me and my friends of stealing. I understand checking our bags and stuff but I assume that should be the same for EVERYONE. not just young girls looking to purchase makeup, and wouldn’t think of stealing. She should be fired, I would recommend everyone seeing this moving to Priceline, as all the staff there treat everyone with dignity and respect."
"Great service! I was struggling to find the dressings I needed for my foot after surgery when a lovely guy named Troy came to my rescue. He knew exactly what I was talking about & helped me find everything straight away. He also recommended some sleep tea to help as I'm not sleeping very well BC of pain & it has been a great help! My regular chemist didn't have what I needed & I came to CW hoping & praying, I will definitely shop here again! Thank you Troy for all your amazing help & recommendations!!"

Amy who works weekends helped my daughter and I with our makeup requests and had a world of knowledge which was extremely useful. There is another lady (more mature with glasses) who helped me run around getting everything on my list a while ago when I couldn’t find what I needed. Nothing has ever been to much trouble for either of these two wonderful ladies."
