"Avoid chemist at all cost. I would not recommend. They had no idea how to use MySL and I even had to call the technical support and they still could not use the national database. I encountered so many problems with this pharmastic, they also use out of date technology if they can't use MySL which is an additional feature in their technology and it does not require any authorisation from head office and no you do not need to use a QR code to access. It was really frustrating dealing with these people."

I typically speak with Chris (sp? Sorry the lovely lady!) Who always is happy to help answer all my queries, sends through my pharmacy receipts when I forget to request them, understands if I get a bit muddled on my scripts and is always so happy and kind! I have my fingers crossed I get her every time i call. She's incredible, don't ever let her leave! Ahaha"

"The pharmacy assistant was so sluggish. I went to the shop at 9:35PM. The woman was playing her mobile phone and did not say anything to me. I waited there while she played mobile phone for about 5 minutes. The she walked to talk with the pharmacist for a while. After all these, she came to me and collected my script. The service is so terrible. Strongly suggested not go to there."
