"Terrible attitude by receptionist-talking over me.- Amanda - you need to listen. We have a senior dog-just wanted to get a renewal of a script for eye drops- he is blind in one eye. Wouldn’t give script renewal without seeing our dog who is 17 and difficult to bring in. We are trying to give out dog his best life - these eye drops bring him relief. I’m no willing to pay for another consultation when we were there less than a month ago."
