"The phones arent switched over from night message , for Leslie St or Blackwall St please switch on. As discussed i was only letting you know your phones were still on night message! It has happened to us all., as mentioned when i was scrutinised for leaving a one star rating. I was not focused on the rating just trying to reach you so i could book my dog in for urgent assistance and no other way to reach you!! As you can see by the message there was no tone of judgement just letting you know they werent switched over."
