"We had a very unpleasant stay. The purported 'apartment' (which is actually a hotel room) is situated within a 3-star hotel, yet the specific room we were allocated is small, poorly-maintained, and dirty, in contrast to the other rooms. Unlike the other rooms, we were denied room service. Adding to the disappointment, the price charged for this room via Airbnb far surpasses that of the other rooms (if we choose to book via this hotel directly). We feel cheated."

"Poor assistant when your are in need. Shabby flat without enough sunlight. Disturbing.... but you are paying for $150USD pernight..."

"Very shabby place. A lot of troubles with checkin. There is not assistance when you are in need. It takes you two days when you need extra blanket. And amenities provided are very old, almost not functional."

"This company offers accommodation which is highly deceptive. Staff is unresponsive and handles disputes with roughness. Also, the rent asked is unexpectedly higher (30-40%) than equivalent apartment. Tough experience in communication and my stay offered by this company. I consider this company a fraud."
