"We had a truly fabulous time. All of the staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The High Tea for our VIP theatre guests was superb, and again, the service was brilliant. Loved every moment of it. The renovation and update/decor.. fantastic. Very glamorous. We travel a lot and could not have been happier, and couldn't criticise a thing. Your general manager should be very pleased! We will certainly be back and look forward to our next stay."
"Perfect place to stay. You can’t go past the location. A few steps from Circular Quay. The staff were amazing. Spacious and extremely comfortable rooms. We opted for a room with Club access and we weren’t disappointed. The team in the Club Room were exceptional."
"Beautiful hotel. The lobby area and bar are amazing and smells incredible. Lifts are quick and quiet, rooms modern and clean. Staff were friendly and completely professional and attentive. Only downside was trying to find the valet parking entry. Couple of signs on both sides of the hotel would be amazing. This hotel is heads and shoulders above others in the area"
"I've stayed here a lot over the years and have always enjoyed it. Rooms are nice and fairly spacious, bathrooms are designed well and amenities are great. The real gem is their lounge though. The views are spectacular and the evening cocktail menu is impressive. It's just a bit disappointing that you have to have the most elite status to be able to enjoy it unless you pay exorbitant amounts for access. I stayed there for about a year for work which has counted for nothing. They have very strict policies that are getting even tighter. It is worth splurging to stay there once in awhile though."
"We stayed in the Hotel Intercontinental so we could enjoy Vivid, the Art Gallery and our beautiful city. We chose a room with high elevation for views of the opera house and harbour bridge. It was fantastic. The locality is perfect for the city and harbour, the Botanic Gardens, great restaurants, the NSW Art gallery , all within easy walking distance. We had a marvelous few days and we’re very appreciative of the early check in they allowed us. The interiors and comfort of the room were excellent. Would go again. It is pricey but worth the treat."
