"I LOVED staying here! Location for business was incredible. Rooms clean and quiet. Breakfast in the restaurant was great. Am returning for my subsequent business trips this year and am really looking forward to it."
"Great location, close to the major areas in Sydney downtown and convenient access to the public transport system: a couple of train and tram stations. Staff hospitality is far from perfect though and there is no room service. Expect some noise from the surrounding night clubs also on the weekends for those travelling with family."
"Great staff great location and fantastic hotel. The team were super accommodating and happy to help. Many of the team went out of the way to make our anniversary night a lot more fun. We had a great stay and will be back. Easy walk from Town Hall station. Very good gym and the pool has a great view. I'll have to try out the BBQ next time. The only things to watch are the sharp edges on the mini walls in the room and the hot tub is not properly hot. BYO towel to the pool as there are no towels at the pool."
"We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment, it's very comfortable! Complete amenities like kitchen, utensils, washer/dryer but with hotel-like vibe. Extremely good value for money. The front desk and service is exceptional as well. Maybe they can improve on the food, we ordered breakfast room service. The food is meh, hot chocolate tastes like brown water. Ordered ham and egg croissant but the ham and egg didn't make it."
"Room & facilities were as expected. The location is excellent. However, staff have NO clue what is going on. Tried to book parking on booking 12 days before check-in. We were told parking never books out. I asked about Vivid road closures as we usually stay at Pier One but we were getting in late, "No, madam, you'll be fine." On arrival parking is, of course, booked out. Reception told us to go to Australia Square & bring your ticket in for validation. I let out my husband and child to check-in while I parked & they were left waiting in reception, as booking was in my name. Of course, the hotel didn't tell us the parking was just behind us & Google Maps couldn't keep up, so I ended up at Macquarie St with all the road closures & Vivid traffic. I phoned reception, and the lady warmly found my husband & child and checked them in. I brought ticket in on check-out. "No, we have NEVER had a relationship with Australia Square. Parking has only ever booked out twice while I've worked here. You're mistaken with "insert mantra location here that we have NEVER stayed at." So off we go to Australia Square. 45 minutes to get into the building as they were not open, and then charged me 2 full days parking. Back to Pier One for us! I will never stay at Mantra Bond Street again!"
