"I stayed here 23 - 25 Aug 2023. The location wasnt bad the room was pretty good. Overall the room felt alright for the price they charged. For me however the deal breaker was the lifts. The whole 2 days that i stayed here there has always been an unusually long wait for the lifts. They werent broken or being serviced; they just take forever to come! Unless you got all the time in the world to waste, DO NOT book/stay here."

"We booked a 2 bedroom apartment for a family with a 3 year old. We were placed on the 38th floor, the room had some very awesome views, and was clean. However, at approximately 7pm on the Saturday night, there was VERY loud music being played to at least midnight. We rang reception to see if there was a nightclub upstairs, we were told there was a party being hosted in the rooftop restaurant and bar. The music could be heard in our room which was 2 floors below. We were basically told "sorry, the music should stop by midnight - 1am. Our 3 year couldn't fall asleep untill around midnight. Secondly, we arrived approximately an hour early, were told the room was ready, but there would be a fee for early check-in - 1 hour early? The male at reception coaxed us into signing up to their "rewards program", and then he would waive the fee. Thirdly, the lift system is broken. It seems as though lifts B and D only work. So trying to get down from level 38 to Ground takes so long when it has to stop at ten to fifteen levels, even though the lift is already full of people! Still waiting on a call from the manager in regards to the loud music complaint... Impeccable room with great views, but the above mentioned issues have left a sour taste in the mouth"

"Don't understand how they advertise being a 5 star hotel when they can barely provide a 1 star service. I have travelled and stayed in several hotels and this one takes the cake for being the most awful hotel I have ever checked into. Checking in was very tedious. Waited more than one hour to finally be acknowledged. No one answers the in room phone calls. Had to go down to reception to ask for refilling the toiletries but they apparently forgot. So, had to go down again to remind them. Maybe I wasn't lucky enough to receive the 5 star service like others. I wouldn't recommend. There are way better alternatives around with more interesting packages."

"Rooms are as pictured. Staff very friendly. Rooms are very luxurious with picturesque views that are absolutely breathtaking. For our first time staying in Melbourne this place was nothing short of what we were after. The staff were very informative of information. The house keepers were fantastic. Just outside the city, not far from the DFO shops and, lots of convenience right next door with the convenience shop. The lobby bar is open late so it's nice to have a chat with the bar staff and have a drink. The elevators are really quick and the room keys are easy to use for the elevator and rooms. The staff are always friendly and happy to help wherever possible. The rooms are clean and, super functional. The overall experience was great. I would be happy to stay again in my future travels."
