"Our stay at Crown Promenade Hotel was an overall delightful experience. The standout feature was the impeccable staff politeness and excellent service throughout my stay (Erden, a reception staff was great & helpful). From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and attended to all my needs promptly and professionally. We even lost a key, due to some confusion at the pool side and they completely took care of it. The room cleanliness was commendable; I was impressed by how well-maintained and tidy my room was during my stay. Additionally, the beautiful views from my room added a touch of luxury to the experience. The buffet breakfast at the Mesh restaurant was a highlight of my morning. Again MESH ladies staff were very loving. The pool area was a great place to unwind and relax. It provided a tranquil atmosphere, and the poolside coffee/food service made my mornings memorable. One of the standout features was the hotel's policy of allowing early check-in free of charge as requested on call before. This gesture was greatly appreciated, as it made my arrival and check-in process smooth and hassle-free. To my delight, the hotel also provided complimentary chocolates and champagne, made me feel like a valued guest. However, one area that could use improvement is the housekeeping service. While the room was initially clean and well-maintained, there were a few instances where wehad to cal housekeeping again & again as they missed our room. In conclusion, Crown Promenade Hotel is an excellent choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay for the price we paid!"

"Great place for a staycation. We stayed in a king city view. Room was generally clean but was very dusty. It took hotel services almost 10minutes to answer my call for a bucket of ice. Other than that, this hotel is close to many restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Bed and pillows were terrible for the price. Seems it’s all set up to make money from you. Even the in-room movies are out-dated but you have to pay $20 to access them. Location and pool/gym are great. Rooms are quiet too but you get get all of that in heaps of other places for less."

"First time in this motel. It was fantastic to experience a little luxury. Everything you need is either provided or close by. The Mesh breakfast was wonderful. Access to the pool, spa and gym can be included in your stay. Room service plus additional vouchers for the espresso bar and bowling. The rooms were very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable but very warm. Cheaper movies options provided would be nicer - $20 to hire a movie is a bit steep considering village cinemas are only 5 minutes away. Overall a lovely experience. We got a package, that was $800 in total. For 3 nights. For 2 adults and one child the experience was nice. For a more luxurious stay I'd recommend close to $2000 for a more luxurious stay so you can enjoy more."

"Great stay! Was in town for business and booked Crown Promenade for a short stay. From the moment I arrived the staff were attentive, helpful and friendly. I was checked in 3 hours early without fuss and was even given a room upgrade which had a fantastic view of the city. The rooms were immaculately clean, all facilities worked without problem, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast the following morning was fresh and had a large number of options to choose from. Checkout was simple and the concierge was happy to store my bag while I attended to a few other matters in the afternoon. I will definitely be staying at the Crown Promenade upon my next Melbourne visit."
