"First off, great location. About a 10min walk to the train station and the Victoria Market. The area felt safe, especially with the police station across the street. And the price was decently cheap so all good stuff. But the rooms brings this place down. Walls are thin, outside the rooms are tons of birds with droppings everywhere, beds were fine, and some of the sheets had stains. For a quick weekend in Melbourne this isn't a bad choice but I'd look else where if you have extra funds."

"I've stayed here about 3 times when I have travelled without my family and it serves its purpose well. You need to understand It's a budget Hotel and the rooms are basic and a little "used". That said rooms are quite clean and have everything you need. There is a very nice well kept indoor pool that is a good temp, sauna and reasonable gym. Location, amenities and service I guess it is able to obtain a 4 star rating BUT just remember it is a budget hotel."

"Everything was very great. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was always smiling, polite and professional. But the only thing I have to say was little off was breakfast. I will suggest adding a little bit more variety like some cookies and some fruits. Overall beautiful experience will recommend."
