"The apartments are in a desperate need of an upgrade. The mattress was SO old, saggy, lumpy and uncomfortable. Things held together with electrical tape. Surface cleaned only. Not dusted. Cups were filthy. One one channel availability on TV."
"Only stayed here due to work requirements. Selected the studio room. Well the whole place needs a desperate reno. Firstly the room's door lock was only have screwed in - security? Then the heavy smell of other apartment's cooking coming into the room. The only way around that was to leave the balcony door open to create a positive pressure so the smells didn't flow in. Leaky taps, dirty toaster and crockery, no blanket or doona (cold with balcony for now open). Primitive setup but may be aimed at certain demographics? I won't be staying here again."
"My partner stayed here and called me late at night saying there was bodily fluids all over the walls and black mould throughout the shower. He had to leave and find a new hotel at 10pm, still waiting on the refund 3 days later. DIGUSTING."
"I have never stayed at such a filthy or unkempt apartment. The fridge wasn't working properly due to the amount of ice. Needed cleaning and defrosting. The toilet seats were peeling, a WHS issue. Floors, windows and table tops all need cleaning. Couldn't use the balcony furniture due to amount of dirt. Bath tub had public hair. Do not stay here. Do not bring your family here"
"Bedrooms faced Hassall street with no block out blinds or soundproofing. Meaning construction and road noise all night and no ability to darken the room. The location was handy if you want to walk to central Parramatta or the train station. The car parking is also very cheap ($15 per night) but the bizarre underground parking levels do not meet Addressing standards (L2 is 4 levels underground and level 5 is ground). There were 2 bathrooms which were handy but shower had no water pressure (think a medium misting). These apartments are well used and overpriced I would not recommend."
