Domino's Pizza Gordon

"Ordered a pizza for my daughter and her friends at 5:55 PM, with a promised pickup time of 6:15 PM. It's now 6:43 PM, and we're still waiting. The person at the counter just informed us that it'll take another 30-40 minutes due to their workload. This blatant disregard for the promised pickup time reflects the store's inefficiency and lack of respect for customers' time. It's clear they haven't thought through their capacity to handle orders. A serious overhaul is needed in their management and service. If you're ready to waste over an hour waiting for your pizza, then go ahead and order from here; otherwise, spare yourself the frustration and consider alternatives. This has been an absolutely terrible experience."

"The staff cheating. I ordered 4 pizzas with 2 premium and 2 traditional. After awhile, they told me Garlic Prawn was sold out. Then I change to a traditional pizza.. I asked to get refund for the difference cost. But the staff cheated me that premium pizza was same price with traditional pizzas. When I went back home, I found traditional pizzas was cheaper. This is made me very bad experience."

"Simply put, our experience on Saturday was hopeless. We ordered 4x pizzas, plus sides, at 10am (prior to the store opening) to be delivered at 12:15pm. Easy. Less than 2km from the store. The window on the "live tracker" then updated that the pizzas were ready in store, but wouldn't be delivered until 12.23. That came and went, with 4x cold pizzas being delivered at 12.45pm. I called the store the like a stalker...9x in a row...with no-one picking up the phone and no ability to leave a message. The delivery guy handed over the pizza without acknowledging how late it was, and when I voiced my frustrations, he said all I could do was leave a review!! So hear it is. We were hosting 6x kids with somewhere to be at 1.10pm. It gave us less than 20min to eat. The convenient choice for lunch was anything but, and receiving cold pizzas and garlic bread for $65, was a joke and the inability to contact the store at all was more than irritating. To be fair, it's been a while since I've ordered Dominos. Never again. Apart from the substandard service, I'm convinced the pizzas have shrunk dramatically in size!!"

"This little short man about 5ft2, Looked indian, was rude to me when he served me with attitude. I went to order a cheese pizza, kindly paid and waited. Then to see him make the pizza and spit in it, he went around the back and did something suspicious with it, i thought to my self i hope this wont be my pizza. Surely enough when he gave me my pizza there was spit marks all over it. Ive been ordering here for over 5 years, Dominoes manager you should really look who you are hiring"
