"Nice park for dog walking; parking available. Playground, pitches and walkway available also. Barna woods is next to the park."
"The kids loved the rather long and steep slide. The zip line wasn't suitable for them without help, my oldest is 7. They needed help at holding the seat whilst climbing onto it as it was high. Also didn't go very fast. The little playground was grand, something in it for all ages. I had ages 4,5 & 7. Equipment seems well kept. We also had a 3 month old with us and did a lovely walk around with the kids and buggy. It's a great outdoor space for the kids, and dog if wanted. Parking was easy too, I got a spot right beside the playground. I had a potty in the boot for the 4yr old, I am not familiar with the facilities available there as not a regular place for us. I also had my own snacks and drinks, i didn't see a shop/coffee shop."
"Lovely area, nice playground, great for walk over to Barna Woods, not covered in as much dog sh1t as other parks in Galway. Needs a cafe nearby!"
"Great Park for all the family with ample parking and playing grounds for kids close to Galway City."
"Fantastic park in knocknacarra, great place to walk your dogs, it backs onto Bearna Woods so you can walk in there as well, there is a playground for the younger children, and loads of sports on the pitches"
