"Amazing work night out 15 of us had a work bowling night here last week. We had a fantastic time. Staff were so helpful. Lovely bar. Great tunes, they even played songs on request for us. The bowl and beer offer is very good value. Overall a great vibe in the place. We will definitely be returning."
"Absolutely shocked how after several times of visiting this place and having no issues we can be treated poorly by the employees and get our plans cancelled last minute. The young lads at reception definitely need some proper customer care training. Only good aspect of our visit was laser tag led by a great guy in there."
"Very poorly managed. They were denying us the service after we had already booked it, giving it to another group in front of us and then telling us to come hours later. When we asked for a refund a guy at the reception, Miles, started saying he cant give us one and that we would have to come at 9. Miles ruined the whole experience and made us make multiple trips back and forth. Would not recommend. The guy at the laser tag was cool though, give the man a raise."
"Very poor customer service. Unbooked our bowling appointment , which was made 1 day in advance, and gave it to someone else. Refused to cooperate and refused to give a refund while also making us wait 2h for the next available slot. We talk for 1 minute about the booking 2h later and they tell us the best they can do is 3h later even though they just said the next available spot is in 2h. 3 hours later and talking to a higher up , we managed to get a refund for our previous booking."
"Great arcade full of racing machines, sports machines, claw machines and some light gambling (you know, the thing where you drop the coins in hopes it'll spit out more coins?) There's also a bowling alley, a soft play area for children, and a laser quest (I have not tried the latter). The bowling alley is fine, although it's got one of those new string pin-alignment mechanism. I haven't experienced it affecting my game, but it could? I don't know. The sports games (skee ball, basketball, etc.) are fun, though you should know Planet doesn't give out tickets for redemption of prizes. It's just for fun."
