"Definitely gone down hill. Very rude unhelpful staff at reception!! No privacy when swimming or showering. Swim teachers are very good though!!"
"This used to be a good place to go and get some exercise but it has become short minded and customer dismissive centre. The focus is on how much can be gleaned from people first and service has fallen by the wayside. My kids were crammed into swimming lessons from 30 mins and told to get out as soon as the last second hit. The Instructors were doing anything but focusing on training them - chatting up lifeguard girls. Absolute joke and when I complained I was basically told tough. I do not recommend this place anymore and the only reason I gave it one star is because I couldnt give it none."
