"Quiet, close to Adare Town. Small campsite with clean toilets and electricity available .Showers are acacia at cost of 50c. The owner is very friendly."
"The camp itself is beautiful so clean and well kept. We were greeted by a lovely young man upon arrival very friendly and welcoming. Now for the negative part, the owner is not friendly especially towards families and their children. His communication style comes off as harsh, he also zips around the campsite on a scooter too fast he needs to be mindful of young children playing around the play area. It would be ideal if they enclosed the playground for safety purposes. As for the curfew it could be extended by another hour at least. I would highly suggest the owner works on his communication style."
"Spent a full week here in a family tent with 3 kids & one of the best sites I've ever visted. The site is clean, spacious & quiet with a small playground yet 20 kids all playing all day long together. Wash rooms are great hot tub is fabulous and the owners go above and beyond for their guests. we couldn't have asked for more. definatly a high recommendation. Thanks for having us!!!"
"We stayed here for one night while travelling around Ireland. We'd booked for a tent prior to arriving, however the staff showed great hospitality to family in a campervan who hadn't booked, even managing to find them electricity hook up. The campsite is decent with toilets, showers etc. Showers were 50c to use for about 7 minutes. There is a kids play park and it's a very family friendly campsite. There's also a field of donkeys right next to the campsite."
"Hugh and Marie were gracious hosts. They have such respect for their guests and they rightly expect the same courtsey in return. The facilities are spotless, the showers are fab and clean. The hot tub is gorgeous. The campsite is so quiet at night. This not a place for all night parties. It is a place of rest and relaxation with ample space and electricity for all. Just five minutes drive from Adare, I could not recommend this enough. We will be back."
