We also have designated areas for functional training and a wide range of over 70 fitness classes available throughout the week.

To enhance your experience, we provide power showers, changing rooms, secure lockers, and hair drying facilities. Our vibrant and lively gym is open from 6am Monday to Friday, allowing you to fit in a vigorous workout before starting your day.
