"my daughter had been getting swimming lessons in sean Kelly's for almost a year. Post covid. Thare was a clear sign up saying under 8yr olds must be accompanied by an adult. Thare for I attended with my daughter until September when she turned 8. From September 2022 until today 22/2/23 she has been attending almost 3 evening's a week. I then received a phone call saying she couldn't go in because of her age. So went straight over and the girls were crying and very upset. The woman who had phoned me was named Claire and was extremely rude on the phone. When I arrived the girls were crying over the way Claire had spoke to them. To treat kids like this Is disgusting. I was also told thay wouldn't be covered by insurance but it has been ok all along ???thay should be ashamed of them selves Claire and Eileen !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
