"Really disappointed with our experience. Some of our group had been in December and loved the place & food. The food was very very good, unfortunately we won’t be going back. We were sat at the back of the restaurant as our table wasn’t ready (even 10 minutes after our booking time) so we agreed to take a table at the back as we were hungry and didn’t want to wait. Unfortunately we were not told that there was a closed off bathroom behind a curtain directly behind our table and the smell was vile. All 6 of our group began to feel sick after our meal as the smell grew worse everytime some flushed the upstairs toilet it seemed. We asked the waitress and she said the smell coming from an unused part of the restaurant and in response to us asking for more candles to help with the smell, handed us a spray air freshener for us to spray ourselves, which was laughable. We couldn’t stay for dessert as we were all so ill from the smell, and when we went to speak with the manager about the issue, he had his back to us the entire time, would not speak with us and left his staff to handle it. He also refused to give us any kind of discount as gesture of apology until the 3rd time speaking to his staff. The manager also wouldn’t look at us leaving the restaurant. Really dissatisfied and sadly we won’t be coming back more so from the way we were treated on top of the lack of care for a serious health and safety issue"
"Accommodated a tired group of 11 volleyball players in a short amount of time. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks guys!"
"Book a table in advanced. Staff are young and pleasant. The tapas is really good especially the black pudding with plum. Seats are hard after an hour sitting but they’re fine. Good value for the quality. Wine list is very good but staff don’t know about wine. Rioja’s are all good at €38 to €34. Only down side for me was the Cheese board was not great as it’s all Spanish hard cheeses. I like blue cheese but Spain doesn’t make it. Can’t have it all!"
"Two stars because the paella was fair. Fair because flavour and taste was good but quantity is a joke, if you are only going to eat paella you better order a two person paella for yourself. Now the treatment was really bad, we 30 minutes late but early enough, the place was empty and waitress was comaining about us coming late and that we could have and hour or so for the table, he was so rude, we stay for an hour and a half and the place was still empty. Don't go this place if you have kids, specially small ones, they didn't offer us seat for the baby, so baby has to stay in trolley. They didn't even make an effort for helping with ordering anythibg for kids on the menu, most probably because there is not much they can do. In short, I won't recommend this place at all."
"Great wine selection and oh so delicious food! The bbq ribs were delectable. Also had the charcuterie tray with at least 8 meat selections, cheeses, fruit, and bread. I’ll be back!"
