"The dormitory is quiet and there's enough space even in the room with most beds. Above the bed there's a small shelf where to charge your devices and put your stuff. The bathroom is large and clean. There's also a nice common room whit a pool table and where you can cook your dinner or breakfast."
"Unfortunately there is no minus stars cause they dont even derserve 1 star. Worst stay in my life would never advice anybody to book in this hostel. I booked the hostel and asked for book in between 8 and 9 they sent me email to say no problem your room will be ready. Then i called the day before they said no worries your room will be ready. When i arrived here i hax to wait until 1.45pm to get in the room but mind view i asked them before hand theh even sent email it will be ready. Worst service and they other people make so much noise dont care who is in the room. Never waste your money in this bad place."
"DO NOT GO HERE!! There are many points I could address in this review but I'll keep it to a list of points 1. The beds are very hard (and to small for anyone over 180cm) 2. The kitchen is very small 3. They don't even have a frying pan in the kitchen so I couldn't even bake an egg in the morning 4. The shower had no curtain or whatever so if you took a shower the entire bathroom would get wet 5. There was a different smell in every room 6. The toaster at breakfast smells like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time and as if something has burned inside of it. So all in all the location is pretty decent but the things they provide for you are heavily below standard compared to the price you pay for it. This was the most expensive hostel on our trip but it was also the worst one so whatever you do, do not go here!"
"Possibly one of the worst hostels I have stayed at. Payed 56 Euro for a bunk bed, despite Hostelworld confirmation indicating I should pay 46. They ignored it and said I should pay 56. The bed was not made and I am not even sure if the sheets were changed from the night before, as the bed was messed up when I arrived. The kitchen was probably the grossest place I have even seen. It was just filthy and everything was sticky and dirty! The fridge was just a waste dump! The hostel is a complete dump! There are a plenty of hostels at Galway, stay at another place! Also, 56 euro for that dump, never!"
"Incredibly dirty and dusty to the point where my friend had several asthma attacks. The whole place felt like it hadn't been cleaned properly in years. Breakfast was also very limited without milk or hot water since the dispensers were broken. The only pro is the great location but it's not worth destroying your health for."
