"Beautiful charming little hotel with only 10 rooms. Family owned and operated. The breakfast was amazing with all kinds of cut, assorted fresh fruit. The6 served coffee or a pot of tea to your table. Rooms are tiny yet comfortable. Loved our stay with Hazel and family."

"The perfect choise for your stay in Galway! Hazel, one of the owners has vast knowledge of the things ro do! Locationwise you couldn't do better. You're right in the center of everything. The hotel even provides you with free earplugs in case the pub noise keeps you up at night! Stay at this hotel!"
"We had high hopes for this place but were severely let down by the whole experience, and the attitude of staff in dealing with our polite noise complaint was pretty shocking. The night porter would be better suited to a non customer-facing role, and management couldn't care less. This place is not fit for purpose and needs to soundproof their rooms better if continuing to trade. Rooms are tiny. Breakfast was adequate. Value for money: terrible. To be avoided if you value a good night's sleep. Galway has much better options in equally "vibrant" areas."
"The room was very cramped, and the location is quite noisy on a Saturday night (though closing the window was surprisingly effective). I do think the price reflects these details fairly though, so the value was reasonable. The room and overall building was clean and well kept. I probably would not return, but if you're looking for a budget friendly accommodation in the heart of things, it's a good option."
