"Traveling from the states and needed a quick workout so I signed up for a drop in class, SWEAT. Check in was quick and easy. Coach John met with me prior to class to give a brief introduction to workout style, equipment and general expectations. Total 30 minutes of cardio and strength & conditioning, but felt that I could have gone longer. Workout was very well thought out, well paced and balanced to cater to individual fitness level. Gym was clean and music was great! I only wish this gym could follow me around in my travels, but what a lovely option for those visiting in Killarney (and residents as well!). Thank you for a lovely SWEAT!"
