"After I walked in me and my friend see the mall is nearly fully empty. THERE IS BASICALLY NO SHOPS AROUND. After that we headed to Costa cafe and the employees don't even clean the tables so I had to sit near a table that had chocolate all over it!!! EWWWW later me and my friend went to the claw machine we played one round of the game AND BOOM THE CLAW GOT STUCK THERES GOES ABOTHER 2 EUROS. DO NOT GO TOO THIS PLACE."

"An option for bad weather and if you actually want a specific product from one of the few remaining brand stores (not Nike). Looked quite derelict before Easter '23 with the upper level mostly closed and quite a few on ground level, too. Bargain bin vibes, but not in a good way."

"It's an amazing setting for small businesses. Unfortunately, a lot of places are closed down. Place would thrive if fully occupied. Anyway, there is O'Briens restaurant upstairs, another coffee shop on the ground floor. The Works art shop/ book shop has amazing goods at competitive prices. The Flying Tiger and Nike Factory recently closed down. Some shoe shop and clothing shops left. Fresh bakery stalls are often seen in the centre. I hope the centre will experience the better days soon. Bus station attached to the back entrance. Spacious car park outside. Walking distance to town centre."

"Great place to do some shopping in Killarney most of the items are on discounted rates and houses a variety of clothing stores ...the Nike factory outlet has been closed now...There's the Euro store available,Costa coffee, DV8 etc. The outlet center is well maintained and clean"

"Needs more seating for older people and in hot weather. Plenty of space for it too. Two sets of toilets would be great with one on the ground floor. Always immaculately kept. Could do with a few more exciting Co Kerry arts and crafts type pop ups or displays in the Mall itself. Car parking is good and cheap too."
