"Went into this store during a recent trip away. I was shocked at the appalling service we received. We were approached by a member of staff who's customer service skills were lacking to put it nicely. She informed us that the jackets for my girlfriend were smaller in size than they should be, which is fine, when we asked if there is a chance to buy online a bigger size, she ignored this question and told us to look at the men's section. When we asked again if there was more sizes online, she responded to check back in March. We asked once more since that didn't answer our question, she then ignored us and walked away leaving us standing there, shocked at how badly she handled the situation. We walked into another store called Paco in the Outlet and got better deals, better service and more choice. The difference was astonishing. It really puts me off ever going back to another Trespass again."
