"I've been to Inch beach a few times, surfing with my own board and bringing others down to rent there. Having a place to rent boards is brilliant if you want to bring people out who haven't gone before or if you don't have your board handy. Unlike what a previous reviewer said, developing "secret" surf spots is a good thing generally, inch isn't particularly secret anyway. Swell Surf offer training sessions and coasteering as well which are both brilliant and exhausting. I highly recommend renting and taking lessons with these guys, they know their stuff!!"
"I have been taking surfing lessons with this school since last year and I find it brilliant. The beach isn't too busy but you would get some more experienced people who surf out a bit further. In relation to the 'concerned local's comments, there is nothing to worry about here. There are still loads of experienced surfers going to this spot and it's still very much a big secret, unlike the likes of Garretstown which everyone knows about. The surfing instructors really care about their students and are NOT out just to take your money, and it's not even that expensive, I dunno where they got the figure of €50 for a lesson! As the person hasn't even been to the beach to experience it since the school has moved in, they don't even know what it's like, so their comment is invalid! I would HIGHLY recommend learning to surf with this group! I would also say that it's not as easy as renting a board and trying it yourself. It's easier when someone is there to correct your faults and help you through it! :)"
