"Sadly saying Sunday Sayonara to the beautiful Garryvoe Our second year spending mid-term at the Garryvoe. This hotel is an oasis of tranquility. The staff are professional, helpful and welcoming. The food is delicious and well presented. Breakfast is an absolute must for the choice available and the fluffiest scrambled eggs ever to be eaten! It's family friendly with a sweet playground area nearby and fairies on every hotel floor! The rooms are spacious with King Coil mattresses and comfy pillows. More than looking forward to our return trip."
"Enjoyable stay. I liked the bar and the room decor. We had very warm welcome from the girls at reception. The view from our room was lovely. I bet its fabulous here in the summer. For our dinner we were sent to the bistro... (pity that they didn't use the bar dinning are for food that evening ) In my opinion, the menu sounds outdated. I guess I expected a bit more than I've got. Even at the breakfast, our eggs Benedict were hard and hollandaise sauce had way too much of lemon juice.."
"Just returned from a 2 night stay in what I can only describe as a fabulous hotel. Right on the beach and a swimming pool as well it had everything we needed. Staff are fantastic and so helpful and the food is absolutely amazing. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in and I’ll definitely return soon."
"Excellent! both the Manager and Restaurant Managers couldnt have been nicer and so helpful. Food was gorgeous and location superb. We will definitely be back. Also the Hotel is one of the few places open for lunch on Mondays and Tuesdays!"
