"Absolutely perfect place to start our Ring of Kerry tour. Great Inn in a small town. The evening bartender (Tom?)/ host/ reception/ waiter made us feel perfectly welcomed, despite a full pub. Watched a football match with a pizza and pint. The room was great, and breakfast the next morning was divine."
"Celebrated St. Patrick’s weekend in style at Kingstons Townhouse! I can not recommend this place highly enough. The rooms are awesome, being both spacious and luxurious with an amazing bathroom and shower to add to it. The townhouse staff are delightful, catering for every minute detail during our stay. We also were lucky enough to take in Ireland winning the grand slam in Kingston’s fabulous pub. As if things couldn’t get any better we tucked into the delicious homemade pizzas and outstanding cocktail menu! I haven’t had a pizza like that in a long long time! Overall 10/10 experience and would recommend to anyone planning on making the trip down to the Kingdom to book here with Killorglin being only a short journey to a variety of activities/focal points in the south west of Ireland. We will absolutely be returning in the near future to do it all over again!"
"The rooms were large, beautifully decorated with the most amazing bedding and sheets. The bathroom had great amenities and I would definitely recommend a stay to anyone! Next door is a pub which is warm and inviting with a cosy fire and breakfast was served there which exceeded my expectations! Delicious pastries, coffee, continental breakfast and it was scrumptious. Erwin the GM was so friendly and helpful and this has to be a must stay place!"
"We only stayed 1 night here, but it was probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in in Ireland. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the manager Erwin in particular was amazing and somehow managed to remember my name every time I bumped into him. We chose to stay in a windowless room to save a bit of money, and we were going to be out at a wedding all day, but I was a bit worried it was going to feel like been in a prison cell. In the end though the room was actually really nice and there was a skylight so it was absolutely fine and quite light. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was huge with a lovely big shower and a heated floor. We only drank in the bar, which is a lovely cozy traditional space with lots of little booths and snugs so you can tuck yourself away. I will 100% be staying here again."
"Amazing hotel for families, incredible and sincerely caring staff, and some of the best Italian-style pizza in Ireland. My wife and two kids and I spent a few nights here while visiting Ireland. The service here was top rate, the hotel room was spacious, clean, and appeared newly renovated with a clean, simple, elegant style. The bathroom was impressive. The place has been family-owned for 4 1/2 generations and the owner introduced himself and was friendly and kind. We ate at the pub after hearing about their pizza. The dough is home-made and proofed for three days, they use real Marzano tomatoes and their mozzarella is similarly sourced (I forget exactly where from, but it’s single-source). It was as good as it sounds. Our waiter (who also helped us up the stairs with two of our giant bags when we arrived) was relatable, genuinely pleasant to talk to, and attentive. The pub had an awesome vibe with a rich history and appears to be a staple within the community (for example, there was a listing of 20 years of local golf team captains on the wall). Overall, I would happily eat here and stay here anytime."
