"Such a lovely experience. Absolutely everyone was friendly and helpful, nothing was an issue. Food was great and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. the view from the room was fantastic. We had our toddler daughter and the staff were more than accommodating to her. We all had a great time here"

"Recently stayed for 2 nights. Can't fault the staff, they couldn't do enough for us. Really so accommodating and friendly, concierge even dropped our group down to the train station after we asked her about taxi service, lovely chats and she was full of information on the drive. So so nice. Food was fantastic, both dinner and breakfast, again the breakfast staff were just top notch. Room was lovely, large spacious bathroom with both a shower and bath. My only comment would be to consider allowing access to the spa area for hotel guests, as is done in many other spa hotels. The general pool area is fine, small pool, sauna and jacuzzi (although a booking system remains in place - allowing only 1 booking per day per room...) However there is a €25 charge per person to enter the other areas. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay."

"Stayed here for a night with my sister and daughter. From start to finish we were utterly spoiled. Every member of staff were friendly and courteous and couldn't do enough for us. The room was fabulous and spotlessly clean Dinner in the amber lounge was delicious and the waiting staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond for my sisters birthday. A special mention to Raul in the bar who, even though it was so busy, made sure we were seated and served promptly throughout the night Breakfast was so lovely with no waiting around and an excellent array of choices. We will definitely be back to stay for longer, we were sad to leave such a lovely hotel. The staff are a credit to the resort"

"Lovely setting, beautifully decorated for Christmas. Popped in for pre-booked Afternoon Tea. The only negative was we were left sitting for 20 minutes after we were welcomed so well. The rest of the service was excellent though. They even packed up what we couldn't finish to bring home with us. Afternoon Tea itself was lovely."

"Room was nice and spacious, the staff were very nice. The breakfast I the morning was amazing can't fault it atall. The only stars knocked off was that the heating for the bath was just like warm and for the shower. The room was really cold too."
