"Warm welcoming reception. Vets are kind and caring. All to often vets seem to loose the human element of pet care. These are not just our pets they are our family. I love that it is just cats as if like me you have a very timid cat the last thing you want is dogs jumping all over the place. No offence to all the lovely dogs out there! So overall great!"

"After many visits to another vet and three different diagnoses (all wrong!) I took Charlie to the cat clinic and they diagnosed him with heart failure. They took x-rays and drained off the fluid which was impeding his breathing. They were so kind and explained things to me about his condition. Of course I feared the worst but they made me feel more optimistic. He is now on two lots of tablets (cunningly disguised) and so far, doing well. All the staff are lovely. Charlie is back for a checkup in January. See you all then."

Right after the first visit with cat clinic they started investigating what was actually going on my boy flop sadly he had cancer but the care they gave my boy until his last day was brilliant they spoiled him on his last day and loved him just like their own."
