"Fantastic team! After a slight hiccup with the registration, everything was sorted very fast, and my cat was booked in to have his surgery literally the next day. Amazing communication and great staff. The reception team was great, especially Nicki (sorry if I spelt the name wrong). I had a car accident on the day the cat was to be operated on and I got rebooked for the next day with no issues. The nurse was very caring and kind. The vet was also very thorough, there was no pressure to do any more treatment than was necessary. Overall, very happy with how we've been treated here. (Not sure how the cat feels about his balls though.) Besides that, I've even discovered a day later that they clipped the cat's claws. We will certainly be coming back here for any future treatment."
