"You know what you're getting with Premier Inn, comfy bed etc. At this one the restaurant is lovely, breakfast 1st class and above all the staff in hotel and restaurant 2nd to none."
"I didn’t stay at the hotel but my tyre blew and I was stuck. Darren from house keeping came out changed my tyre. And helped me pack my car up really nice guy and also special thanks to mo coming out to help. People like that should get recognised more ! I will definitely stay there when I’m in the area because of them."
"This place is let down by their parking management company…… picked up an Amazon parcel and have received a parking invoice from Parkmaven LTD alleging I had stayed in the car park for 70hrs, this is a known tactic used by parking companies called double dipping. Let’s hope people see reviews like this and stay away then Premier Inn might change the way they get into bed with these scam parking companies."
"Went for Xmas lunch 21/21/ 22. The restaurant was so cold most people were wearing overcoats at table. The waitress could not switch the heating as the switch was behind a big machine she explained. The service was v slow as they didn't have enough staff. The food was was ok but the ambiance spoilt it. All the radiators were stone cold. Felt sorry for the young staff member who did apologise. For Premier Inn brand which I use frequently this was really very poor , no heating in winter should not be acceptable ."
"Great staff, really helpful and welcoming. Rooms clean and comfy. Two observations: the TV volume way too low to hear and the room was too hot. Due to proximity of the road unable to open the window. Other than that, a really happy stay and happy to recommend."
