"My young son was prescribed some medication on Saturday in the out of hours clinic and the doctor explained it was common so I should be able to get it at most pharmacies. I went into Danebridge pharmacy and they explained they didn't have it but I could buy the same item over the counter. Apparently the over the counter medicine was a different name even though the prescription did not specify a name. There was no point in fighting this point as I could tell from the tone of the two ladies working my son and I were an inconvenience to them. I asked if they could check with the prescribing doctor and explained what he had said to me about it being common and there being no brand specified to be told no and could I move along in the queue. I rang another pharmacy, told them what the prescription said and they told me they had it in stock. When I arrived at the other pharmacy they gave me the product Danebridge told me I had to buy even though I had a prescription for my son and he was visibly in pain. When I returned home I searched on the NHS website for the item prescribed and could only find one supplier of it. Which was the one Danebridge refused to give me even though it was in stock. Avoid this pharmacy if I were you. Unhelpful, rude staff that don't appear to know products and stockists."

"On Xmas Eve my little boy ( 6 ) who had been a bit under the weather suddenly had some horrible waxy gunk come out of his ear. With it been about 8.30 Xmas Eve night our options were limited. I took him to danebridge where Peter had a look and immediately diagnosed an ear infection. He then, to save me a trip to Leighton, rang them and sorted out some antibiotics and an ear spray. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement and he saved my boy spending Christmas night in pain. Thank you Peter and your team, you are all hero's, and I hope you all had a great Christmas like me and my family thanks to you."
"I had been given new medication (HRT) and wasn't too sure when to start it etc. I went in on a Saturday afternoon to ask for help and advice. What a great service. The chemist (Peter) took my husband and I into the consulting room and took the time to listen to us. What a novelty in this day and age. Peter also took the time to call my GP and enquire with the promise of getting back to me. He kept his word, and called me back on Friday with all the answers, and some additional guidance. It's not very often that I sing someones praises, but Peter and Danesbridge pharmacy thoroughly deserve it in this case. Thank you so much. Made a very anxious female, a happy lady and my faith restored."
"Very disappointed with the service I have received recently so I will seriously consider changing to another pharmacy. My GP sent a prescription for 3 items electronically during Wednesday the 10th August 2022 to Danebridge Pharmacy in Northwich. Having not received any communication from the pharmacy, by way of a text message informing me that the medication was ready for collection, I visited the pharmacy during the afternoon of Tuesday the 16th August with the intention of collecting the medications. After waiting several minutes, during which time an assistant was searching for the electronic prescription on the PC & consulting with other colleagues, I was informed that the prescribed drugs had not been made up ready for me to collect. I was surprised to hear this, given that 6 working days had already passed without my prescription being dealt with. When I pressed the assistant for a time when I could collect the medications he informed me that one of the items was out of stock. I can only assume that the out of stock item had not been ordered at that time because the prescription had just been read by the assistant for the first time. I left the pharmacy angrily and will now change to another one where customer service is a higher priority than Danebridge Pharmacy. Currently, another 2 days have elapsed since my last visit and I have still not received notification of the availability of my complete prescription. 8 days have elapsed now, is that a service that customers should tolerate?"
