"Now usually are really good but says on here they open at 8am I was there from 8.01am till 8.30 today and not open couldn't wait any longer as I had an appointment over in Leek to get to so couldn't collect my prescription which i need Now what about the people who are going to the Doctors who need one???"
"If you want the worst pharmacy in Biddulph you can't go wrong here. Especially if you like going 3 times in one day and still not end up with important medication. I have had to change prescriptions to any pharmacy so i don't have to endure any more trips here."

"By far and above the worst Pharmacy in Biddulph. If you are at the doctors in the same building they automatically send the prescription down to them. 30+ minute waits to get some tablets, shut at random times throughout last week because of staff shortages, close at 17:30 at night when most people are getting home from work and open at 08:30 when I start work. Shut on saturday afternoon and all day sunday. Doctors wont give me a new paper version because I have one outstanding with them and they said next time you come in you have to request a paper version so you can go elsewhere. My advice is get your paper prescription and go elsewhere"
"Long wait for prescriptions EVERY time I go to collect, even when the place is almost empty. Never ready despite having been ordered for days and always told there will be a wait of 15 minutes +. Have been using for 4 years now and had enough. Time to change and hope the next one will be better organised/staffed or both."
