"Just been to the Packmoor Pharmacy to try and get some help for my wife. Just called in on spec and able to see the duty pharmacist who was brilliant. He did the consultation immediately and even managed to speak to a doctor at our surgery and sorted the meds out, all within within half an hour from start to finish! "Booked my Farther in for Covid jab,really rude woman obsesing about his postcode that he couldn't remember (he's 78) and then asked which arm he said the right and she put it in his left (go figure). Also he had two walking sticks because of his bad legs and she never even offered a seat even though you can clearly see he struggles with his legs. Anyway his friend managed to tell them the postcode because he happened to be there having his done,but both have had really really bad pain in the injection area so much so one needed the hospital. and this is my dads 4th jab no problem with any of the others. No way I'm booking here again.Really disapointed that they can't accomadate older folks and get so many things wrong."
