"Up until about 12 months ago, I had given this chemist a 5 star glowing review. Now I'm struggling to give them one star. I am a disabled veteran with many problems inc anxiety, depression, constant pain, high blood pressure and I could go on. I have been getting medication from them for over 11yrs. A few months ago I filled in forms for my wife and I to receive texts when our medication was ready. I've had them for my wife but not me. They order my medication from the gp every month but its never ready on timeor they give me excuses and never get informed its there. I have memory problems due to having PTSD so can't always remember things. To say I am disgusted with the service is an understatement ."
