"Make sure that you a fresh MOT when you go in...long queues, 2hr shift changes and pathetic service even at 1am when you're the only wagon there"
"Disgraceful. If there’s a way to drag out a job then these are the masters of it, staff stood around chatting when there’s 100s of lorries waiting to be serviced. Not allowed out of your cab at all and no toilet facilities for drivers, quite often waiting 3-5 hours on average here. Really start struggling around the 3 hour mark as you can’t go anywhere as blocked in. Got to be the worst run business in the country."
"The wait is crazy. They are massively under staffed and the waiting time for a box on or off is massive. Often 3+ hour wait for a lift off! Not unusual to have a 4 hour wait with no toilets for drivers!"
"Very slow, dis organised queued for over an hour to get in the gate then sat in a bay waiting for an hour to get your box. When you ask how much longer it’ll be some of the staff get rude and have an i don’t care attitude They don’t serve trucks as they arrive and they let all of theirs infront of the others that have been waiting ages. They need a better system of work. Do they not realise that we have homes to go to and families to see. We aren't all trampers."
