"Picked us up and took 5 passengers plus suitcases to Heathrow and collected us again on our return. Both drivers drove safely and calmly - no unwanted boy racers here thankfully. They were polite, friendly and helpful. Improvements to the service would be automated messages to confirm the bookings, a way to see the live location of the drivers especially when waiting at the airport for collection. Also, although we provided our flight information, the company didn't use it to see that the flight was very early and so the driver collecting us came at our original estimated time."
