"I've always had excellent service from Larkmead but the last few weeks, they've truly excelled. My cat was "under the weather", seen as the last appointment on a Friday afternoon, and very quickly diagnosed as being rather poorly. She had blood tests done there and then and was admitted for hospital treatment. Throughout her stay, I was kept up to date with twice daily calls and the care she received was second to none. I'm pleased to say that Macy has made a full recovery. We've had excellent follow up care too. The care for Macy and superb customer service was outstanding. Thank you!"
