"Really nice hotel. Well sign posted, car park is large with big spaces. There is a covered pick / up drop off if your coming by taxi. Reception is very open and welcoming, lots of light. The triangle shaft in the middle with colours is very cool. Staff are friendly and welcoming, rooms very clean, food is good at the bar. Breakfast is nice, scrambled egg was really good, hotels usually dont get this right! Overall really good hotel."
"We had a great stay at the Coppid Beech for three days over Christmas. The rooms were big, comfortable, warm, ours was exceptionally quiet, and we slept very soundly indeed. We were really impressed by the gym and pool facilities, both of which were pretty much as good as you'd find in a dedicated fitness place. The staff were really helpful and friendly, with Inga on the front desk giving us great info about the facilities. Overall, the level of comfort was impressive and I'd recommend it highly. In terms of downsides, in places the decor could probably benefit from a bit of updating, but it still feels like a great option for a relaxed and peaceful stay."
"Loved the whole experience. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The interior decoration of the rooms, lobby and hallways was very nice. The facilities were great and clean, lovely pool and hot tub. Breakfast was delicious and there were lots of options to choose from. The exterior of the building has character and the staff all make you feel very welcome."
"My kids had booked a surprise overnight stay here as it was my daughters Birthday and mine within 2 days. We had a lovely time. The room was very big, clean and had a spa bath as well. Cannot fault the cleanliness. There were groups of hen nights and Birthday gatherings and everyone seemed to be having a good time. The food was amazing and hot. We went to see a live band in the basement who played a selection of well known and popular tunes. The dance floor was constantly full as a result. 4 stars given because the jacuzzi was not available but overall I would go there again."
"There are good and bad things to this hotel. I'll start off with the staff who are lovely and very friendly, they make you feel welcomed. The food isn't the worst I've had at a hotel but is a little pricey. (I'm an northerner) The rooms are vary spacious and we'll kitted out with furniture. The problem is the rooms clearly haven't been updated for a while the furniture is all bubbling and sticky. The small armchairs have clearly had there day and have holes in. I'd say overall it isn't a bad place to stay but it definitely needs an update plus it is a little out the way from everything if you are limited to transport."
