"Kinda small place, but you can use it as a pick up place if you pre-order online or need something urgent. Pharmacy part is alright too. Staff are friendly and helpful."
"I received a very poor service from this pharmacy and if it wasn't for the non-pharmacy staff they would get the lowest score of one star. I have to take medicine on a daily basis as without it I would be quite ill. I have always made sure I order my repeat prescriptions in plenty of time and always take them to the chemist a minimum of 2 days before they are due. Even with advance notice (sometimes of up to a week) the pharmacy staff left me without medication three times! The first time they apologised to me and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The second time I was really upset but they promised it would never happen again. On the third occasion I was furious so I took my prescription back from them and had it filled at the Superdrug pharmacy a few doors down where I have been going ever since and have never had a problem. The main shop itself is just a miniature Boots with a somewhat limited selection of the usual Boots products. The shop staff are polite and friendly. For anyone looking for a pharmacist this IS NOT the place to go but as a local Boots it's okay."
