"Went to collect my husband’s medication, there was a sign to say they were opening late. Went back, two customer’s in the shop’s medication wasn’t ready, and neither was mine. They just don’t seem to know what they’re doing."

"Store has been closed on saturdays alot. The staff said its due to pharmacist shortage but i have not had this problem with other pharmacies like boots. If they're was a shortage surely it would affect them too?"

"The staff are RUDE & INCOMPETENT!! Today I yet again tried to get my meds only to be told there was no prescription for me or pending! I called the doctors who sent it 4 weeks ago & gave me a code to prove it & when I returned they then threw it at me & denied saying they didn't have it!!!! OMG THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! GO ELSEWHERE THE "LADY" WHO WEARS THE MASK UNDER HER CHIN IS THE WORST ASSISTANT EVER!! SHOULD BE BANNED BY THE NHS rude rude rude !"

"It’s not great. When I got my repeat prescription I noticed that one of my meds was incorrect, and was only half the prescribed dose. I returned it to be told by the rude pharmacist that it was my job to open the package and check it’s correct. I did, that’s how I noticed! It’s actually HER job to check and to get it double checked before it leaves the pharmacy! She was very rude and didn’t even offer an apology"

"Absolutely awful. This pharmacy makes you feel like an inconvenience. They can take over a week to get you a repeat prescription (and you should be grateful for that by the way) and they close over lunch 1-2pm which isn’t ideal for those that work. Most recently, having had it booked for over a month, they let me down 2 hours before my flu jab appointment; due to staff not being trained. Avoid at all costs."
