"Avoid this Pharmacy at all costs and use another!!! Still never pick up their phone, and despite promises to leave messages for others to process your medications if they're not in the following day or haven't arrived, still don't message you as asked, to let you know they have thereafter. There's only so many excuses one can site, using Covid as a cause, but frankly if the best a big firm like Lloyds can come up with, is we just don't have the staff, then take unbridge at their customers for challenging them over their continued failings, then it's time they moved out and let someone else do the job, if they can't higher more staff to do so - in a polite manner. The impact and lack of some individuals care and medications like this, will result in someone's death eventually, if it hasn't already."
