"If we could add another star we would as our stay here was incredible! I booked this for my partners birthday for a 2 night stay in The Nest. When we arrived we were greeted with champagne on ice and birthday banners all over the barn. The place itself is amazing the bed was the comfiest ever and the sofa pulled out so we could lay very comfortably on it! The barn comes with everything you need dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge & freezer! The bath and shower were excellent and Rachael the owner was so nice. She gave us recommendations on where to eat weeks before our arrival via email was was there to answer any questions if needed. The place is genuinely 5 star but the extra touches and attention to detail make it worthy of a 6th in my opinion!"

"My Husband surprised me with a weekend away here. We had the best time and we will definitely be coming back for another stay soon. The location was lovely and the barns were absolutely beautiful, we could have stayed for weeks!! It has a very homely feel. We would definitely recommend!"

"Just had one of my most favourite nights of my WHOLE LIFE at The Old Parlour, I can't quite describe the feeling of walking into the barn, log burner on, music playing, it smelling absolutely gorgeous etc. etc. etc. The attention to detail is second to none and I genuinely would not change a thing. There is so much information inside the barns about how to use its various features, and also lots about what there is to do in the local area too. I could have stayed here WEEKS. There's everything you need. The outdoor bath is as amazing as I thought it would be and then some, the beds are super comfy and the whole place is just so cosy that I was the most relaxed I've been in a long long time. Thank you so so so much, I would recommend to absolutely anyone looking for a really special time away ♥️♥️♥️"

"Stayed here over Christmas. It was very kindly donated to "somethingtolookforwardto" for terminally ill people. I have stage 4 non smokers lung cancer and this stay was so perfect and magical. It gave me, my partner and my daughter some magical memories. Ones I'm sure they will treasure once I'm gone. We stayed in the "Cowshed" . The barn itself is so beautiful. With 2 hidden double ended baths. One outside and one in the middle of the room. The place was decorated for Christmas and it looked like something out of a Christmas movie! "This accommodation is absolutely perfect in every way! The location is stunning and perfect for the most relaxing walks. We had such a beautiful weekend in The Old Parlour and we were blown away by how beautiful it was. The decor and attention to detail is out of this world, and Rachael the hostess is the friendliest most helpful lady who made us feel extremely welcome. We have booked our next stay already and will be recommending this to our friends and family. Staying here is like receiving a big warm cosy hug!"
