"Went to the Ugly Duckling for bottomless brunch yesterday, the decor is stunning and the music playing first thing was a great vibe. Chelsea was our hostess and was so attentive and welcoming we were never waiting for a thing. The breakfast was great quality too, I have already told so many friends about this little gem so will be back very soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Really like this place have been several times & highly recommend. Lovely place, fantastic food - I've never been disappointed with any dish ordered. It's pricey to eat here all the time, but it's definitely quality. I've eaten in places all over the country, this is on my doorstep, and it ranks with some of the best I've been in London."

"Best bit is the building, its lovely. Food good when it arrived, service par. A few apologies from a member of staff for the wait for drinks, food and the bill. Staff need more training, example, stop clearing an empty table and deal with the customers sat on other tables. More urgency and better communication required. Most tables complaining about the 1hr/2hr wait for food. Sorry, won’t be rushing back. Needs to go up a few gears!"

"The food was excellent, unfortunately the service was atrocious. We waited 50 minutes before our drink order was taken, we then had to ask to order food. The wrong food came out, another 20 minutes later when the correct food came there were no sides as the server hadn't put them on the order. I cancelled the desert as we had been sitting almost 2 hours with only 1 course and no sign of desert coming. When complaining to our waitress we were told that "it's the kitchens fault as they're very busy", nothing to do with being ignored at the table for the first 50 minutes by several servers who walked past without even checking on us. A real shame as the food was fantastic but we'll not be returning."
