"Great accessibility for us as one of our party is in a large powered wheelchair. Staff were attentive at first, but as the restaurant got busy, we kind of got forgotten and had to get staffs attention to order dessert and to get the bill. The food was nice, and typical pub grub, i guess, have had better, but I have also had worse. Pedigree was absolutely lovely here, though, really lovely pint."
"Went in for a bite to eat, we was seated in a reasonable time, the service was friendly, not particularly quick. Food however was poor at best. The roast turkey was okay at best, however the the portion size of the turkey would make a vegan very happy! The hunters chicken was again okay at best, very dry. Overall left really disappointed, such a shame. Alas i will not return again."
"I stayed for two nights in the family suite for work reasons. The food was excellent, really enjoyed the Feel Good Salad on first night and Sirloin steak on second night. Very attentive staff. I REALLY appreciated the call on my way up from Hampshire to check I was okay. That made me feel really valued. The restaurant decor is lovely and looks clean. The accommodation is starting to look dated but it served all basic purposes and the bed was very comfortable."
"Nice food, decently priced. Varied menu, I thought slightly better than average food concepts for a brewery owned chain pub. Good drinks, also quite reasonably priced. Service was a minor let down, some staff are pleasant, others are casual cursory and not interested in the customers."
"I just ate at the restaurant, which was so delicious. Both the starter and the main was immaculate and so tasty. The service was brilliant and our waitress was very humorous and facilitating. I would be excited to come here again."
