"I purchased an DKG X Motion II exercise bike about 9 months ago and unfortunately i experienced nothing but issues with this. after a long period of poor response from Fittr we came to an agreement for the bike to be taken back and upgraded to a new ICG 6 cycle which is a far superior machine with no comparison to the X Motion. I did however have to pay a very large amount of extra money to them to resolve the long standing issue. Since then i have no issues with the service and help provided by Fittr while carrying out the upgrade of the bike. I am expecting this will continue going forward into the future. So following a very poor start i am happy with the outcome and the quality of the new bike and would be happy to use Fittr again when i next decide to upgrade or purchase from them again when I would like to be provide them with a 5* review"

"My purchase was a Precor AMT 885 Open stride with a P80 console.. This unit is a High End Gym unit, used. For anyone considering purchasing. It is not a buy after Christmas discard in January job. It is expensive, however if you are serious about training and motivated, this is the go to unit for anyone with injury problems. Bear in mind, you will break even fairly smartly when considering Gym fees. It is perfect for runners and other fitness people experiencing injury difficulties. It is a cross between an Elliptical trainer and a treadmill, with zero impact. If you use Garmin from Z1 to Z5 this unit will get you there and then some. It has a variety of programmed to keep you motivated and you can invent your own. It hooks up to the internet and you can use a card to log on to Precor or you can login manually, whatever floats your boat. Word of caution, if you buy one, be aware the next unit up is the P82. (costs more than the entire used machine, as a new unit. It has a faster processor, but not worth considering in my opinion. You can also watch TV just hook up your signal to the machine, to be honest, when I am doing a session the last thing on my mind is TV, but as the saying goes. Horses for courses., Lastly, I have no connection with Precor or with the company that sold me the machine used. It is covered by the company with a 6 month home use only warranty. On delivery the lad who called to me, stood on his head to help in every way he could to get the machine in place. ( be aware this is a big machine and heavy). Check out dimensions and you space before you do anything else. I called to inspect the machine and the company were more than accommodating. I am delighted with the machine and in advance I knew this unit was used. However it was actually in better condition than I expected."
